Sound Bath Session

In a sound bath, Crystal Singing Bowls and tuning forks are the main instruments used to address physical, emotional and spiritual blockages. These blockages which are often found in your chakras (energy meridians throughout the body) pertain to your every day life issues such as self-confidence, intuition, money flow, ambition, creativity, self-love, connection, stress and more. The blockages can stem from energetic imprints derived from past lives and current life trauma. During a sound bath these blocks are addressed and heal these blockages.

Crystal bowls are made from 99.9% quartz. These crystals emanate their own frequency which interacts with our cells and body’s frequencies.

These bowls when played radiate frequencies at various hertz (vibrations – sound waves per second that hit the ear) which create relaxation, healing, and DNA shifts in the body.
